Much of our life requires us to remain in seated positions for long bouts of time. This can make it difficult for us to extend and open the front of our bodies in order to take full breaths and stand upright. Join us for a 60 minute yoga practice where we explore opening the quadriceps (the large muscles on the front of the legs) and pectoralis (the large muscle on the front of the shoulder and chest), to help bring openness into the front of your body and nourish your breath and spine. Our peak pose explores the balance and freedom found within dancer’s pose (natarajasana).
Join Trina on this 60 minute practice working with the concept of breathing out the old and gently drawing in the new. Asana practice focuses on hip mobility, balance and twists. Allow your respiratory and musculoskeletal system unwind through this practice.
