We have taken our favorite plant-based cooking classes from our Rogue in Motion membership in 2021 and made them available in this package!

Also included is an educational session about food as medicine for people with Parkinson's and ongoing access to all of our delicious plant-based recipes!

There are many things you can do for yourself to improve your health. What you eat is one of the most important! The food you eat can affect how you feel, your energy levels, how easily your body digests food, and how well you absorb your medication. Research shows that diets full of more fruit, veggies, whole grain, nuts and seeds are beneficial! This means eating more plants! Many people are unsure of how to eat a more plant-based diet, but we are here to help! Enjoy these cooking classes, try new recipes and you might be surprised!
