Educational Lectures

6 Seasons

As part of our wellness program at Rogue, we do monthly lectures on various topics. Sometimes we even have a guest lecturer! We cover important topics for wellness such as as updates on the latest research on the benefits of exercise (new research is getting published all the time!), and on other topics relevant for wellness such as nutrition, meditation, sleep, pain, and other topics that our community deems helpful. We will post the videos from those lectures here!
