In these workouts, we train physical skills (including balance, strength, posture, boxing, agility) along with cognitive skills (attention, memory, inhibition, brain processing speed, navigation, people skills, intelligence) to challenge both our brains and bodies to proactively address thinking/memory challenges that are sometimes associated with Parkinson's. Some of these exercises are inspired by Brain HQ (website: www.brainhq.com) which has research on helping people improve their cognition. You are also welcome to come join us live over Zoom for our weekly Monday Brain Training meetings for more practice and real-time feedback!
