Move and Stabilize: Neck and Mid Back
A critical part of learning to care for and work with our spines, is learning how to control the forces we subject them to. Gravity, long hours at a desk, even the wonderful exercise we do can challenge the integrity of our spines.
Join us for this one hour full body yoga asana practice focused on exploring your mid back mobility and neck stability. Our practice culminates in a weight bearing arm balance challenge, so please modify to best support the challenge your body requires today.

strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, blanket or towel

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed during standing exercises and use a chair for getting down on the ground and back up if you need it!
