Caring For Your Spine
A critical part of learning to care for and work with our spines, is learning how to control the forces we subject them to. Gravity, long hours at a desk, even the wonderful exercise we do can challenge the integrity of our spines.
Join us for this one hour full body yoga asana practice focused on exploring your low back stability while moving through functional movement. Our practice culminates in a single leg balance challenge, so please have a stable chair close by.
As always, thank you so much for practicing with us.
Suggested Props:
strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, blanket or towel
