Woo hoo! Our 4th cooking plant based cooking class was another great one! Today our topic was sandwiches! Sandwiches are delicious, quick and can keep life interesting! Today we made a bbq jackfruit "pulled pork" style and tempeh "bacon" for a vegan "BLT" (tempeh, tomato, lettuce and avocado!).
SO delicious! Enjoy!!
