Today we learned how to make "No Bake Energy Balls"! These are a great way to make a desert or snack easily and with little chance of failure! They also include many of the things we want to eat a lot of!
-Whole food sweeteners like dates!
-Fruits (dried most likely)
Then we turned our attention to making baked tofu! I discuss all the different ways you can use this tofu once you bake it:
- Bahn Mi Sandwich
- Rice Bowl
- Soup (like Ramen!)
- Plated with sides!
