We all know that we can eat healthier, prepare more food at home and try new recipes! Research shows that we want to eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds and spices! Enter cooking class!
After watching PD School Content last week, we decided we wanted to learn how to use our instant pots so we could avoid cans!
My friend Erin is a Neuro Physical Therapist and is a regular person (not a chef who will make things more complicated than we want!) - plant based chef extraordinaire!
Here is lesson #1 where we learn the basics of using the instant pot and how to cook dried chickpeas!
