Finding Fluidity
In our bodies, as we age, we lose precious water. How do we balance this loss of hydration at our fascia? Our discs? How do we nourish the flow of fluid within our bodies and find fluidity in our physical expressions?
Join us for this full body, hour long asana practice devoted to working with the fluid within the body, as well as the capacity to create fluid movements.
Please have a blanket or beach towel, a strap or long belt (dog leash works too), and a yoga block to support your practice.
As always, take gentle care of your body.
Thank you for joining.
