Stabilize Your Shoulders
Of all the joints within our body, our shoulders have the most mobility. Think about all of the reaching and lifting you do with your shoulder joints throughout the day.
Join us for this one hour full body yoga asana practice focused on exploring your shoulder mobility and finding stability. Our practice culminates in a weight bearing pose- make sure that you take care to find the right modification that supports your right effort.

Suggested Props:
strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, blanket or towel

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed during standing exercises and use a chair for getting down on the ground and back up if you need it!
