Awakening Your Back Body
So much attention is paid to creating strength on the front of our bodies. Yet, the musculature that supports our posterior side, is arguably the most important to our upright posture and balance.
Join us for this one hour full body yoga asana practice where we feel into and engage the back of our body. As always, thank you so much for practicing with us.
Suggested Props:
strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, blanket or towel

Trina Mann is a physical therapist who has extensive experience working with people who have Parkinson's.! She is also a 200hour R-yoga teacher!
This wonderful yoga class is more of a gentle, restorative yoga class with a focus on kindness to our body, breath and body awareness. I highly recommend you try it!

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed during standing exercises and use a chair for getting down on the ground and back up if you need it!
