“We are already what we want to become”- Thich Nhat Hahn
I read this quote at the end of last week and something in the words really struck a cord.
We are so often working to become more- and encouraged by society to do so- more busy, more successful, more accomplished, more functional.
And yet.
And yet there are a myriad of ways in which we already have all of the tools we need to be what we want in the world. It is so easy to overlook the assets we already have and to become vigilant about that which we have not yet acquired.
Come join us for this full body practice working with practical cross body strength and extension required for walking. Practice sensing and looking deeply into all of the ways in which you have already arrived.
Suggested Props: strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair. yoga mat, blanket or towel
