Strengthening Bone
Our incredible bones grow and get strong depending on how we apply forces across them.
Through specific movements and alignment, we can work to slowly adapt and change the shape and strength of our bone tissue.
Join us for this full body, hour long asana practice devoted to working with alignment for positive bone changes (including movement out of forward trunk and head posture).
Please have a blanket or beach towel, a strap or long belt (dog leash works too), and a yoga block to support your practice.
As always take gentle care of your body.
Thank you for joining.
