Breath Focus
Focusing on the breath is such a wonderful tool to work with your body. In addition to bringing you into the present moment, focusing on the breath also offers up a window into how your nervous system is functioning.
Join us for this one hour full body yoga asana practice focused on preparing for and exploring our breath, the sensations it offers us, and the present moment.
Suggested Props:
strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, 2 blankets or towels
