Supple Mid back, Stable hips
We have places in our body where we tend to move from and places that tend to hold us still.
As I have written before, the area surrounding our mid back is perhaps the stiffest area in many of our musculoskeletal bodies.
Join us for this hour long full body yoga asana series to work with the concept of allowing mobility where we need it (softening through the thoracic spine and rib cage), while cultivating awareness, stability and strength across the hips and pelvis.
No prior experience is required. As always, please practice as your right effort. I offer many modifications so be honest with yourself about selecting the options that best serve your needs.
As always, thank you so much for practicing with us.
Suggested Props:
strap (dog leash/ karate belt), blocks or stable chair, yoga mat, blanket or towel
