In this video we focus on the 3 main positions we do on the floor! They are my FAVORITE! We discuss how the PWR! Moves can help you feel and move better! We do a demonstration including the exercises and possible modifications/adaptations as needed!

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. At times we will practice sit-stand and other exercises from the chair. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with, and if you you would like a chair in front of you for support, feel free to use that!
-Sturdy chair without arms
-Workout towel for stretching and in case you break a sweat!
-Light Hand Weights (1-3 lbs) or something similar!
