HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training!
We love our HIIT classes, and decided last year we should take them up a notch with some small equipment! Emily picked some small equipment that is pretty inexpensive from Amazon, and added the tidal tank for progressive strengthening. There are also household items you can use if you don’t want to purchase equipment!

Our general Plan for these classes is similar to the regular HIIT classes: We do a warm up, then 2 rounds of our high intensity and skilled rotations, then a cool down!
Remember, safety first! Modify activities as needed! Use support for anything in standing as needed, use the chair to get up and down from the ground, take your time and skip or modify activities if you need it!
