We are going to do a little bit of a different class than usual. We've been doing the class for 9 months now and we realized it would be good to have a "re-intro" class.
There are some helpful small appliances and gadgets that make cooking your own food, and especially plant based recipes, easier!
So Erin will do a little bit of a show and tell, including showing how she makes some her favorite simple things with these gadgets. We also welcome anyone to share any of their favorite kitchen tools so we can all do a little post holiday shopping to stock our kitchens!
Erin has done a write up of her favorite gadgets and what she uses them for and that is posted with our recipes. We have a google doc and will add to it as we go!
