Our classes are designed based on the latest research principles, our clinical experience, and feedback from the hundreds of individuals with Parkinson's who have participated in our classes.
One way to get motivated to make positive changes for yourself, is to see others doing well! In this video we talk about a few more inspirational people with Parkinson's who have incorporated consistent exercise into their lives and are great role models!
