High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
11-2-22 HIIT with Small Equipment - 20 lbs in Tidal Tank with Alyx!

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training!
We love our HIIT classes, and decided last year we should take them up a notch with some small equipment! We have picked 3 things to use in each class. A Tidal Tank (or something else that is heavy and bulky), a resistance band (shorturl.at/fsyH4), and a Penalty box hurdle or something similar (https://penaltyboxtraining.com/products/penalty-box)

Our general Plan for these classes is similar to the regular HIIT classes: We do a warm up, then 2 rounds of our high intensity and skilled rotations, then a cool down!
Remember, safety first! Modify activities as needed! Use support for anything in standing as needed, use the chair to get up and down from the ground, take your time and skip or modify activities if you need it!
Equipment needed:
- Sturdy Chair
- Yoga Mat!
- Tidal Tank or something similar
- Resistance Bands or something similar
- Penalty Box or something similar
- Hand Towel
- Light Hand Weights (1-3lbs) or something similar from around the house!
- Water bottle!
- A great attitude
- Hard work ;)
