Hello!
I am very excited to be here! I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2015. My father had Parkinson’s and when I was diagnosed with PD, I thought my worst fear had come true. But then I discovered Rock Steady Boxing! It became a passion! I started going 3 times a week, and moved up to 6 times a week. In May 2017, I got a job and my work schedule interfered with Rock Steady, so I had to cut back altogether.
Now with Rogue In Motion, I can get this body back on track!

Hi, I was diagnosed with PD 5 years ago. It took my convincing a Neurologist to listen to my concerns for him to begin to treat me. I would like to find a Dr. who specializes in PD. in Phoenix Az.

It is very important to find not only a good neurologist, but one you can really communicate and work well with!
I know of Dr. Holly Shill in that area and Dr. Maria Cristina Ospina. Both are very good neurologists and specialize in Parkinson's.
There are a number of highly regarded centers such as the Banner Sun Health Research Institute, Mayo Clinic Arizona, Barrow Neurological Institute, and Muhammad Ali Parkinson's Center.
