The floor can be intimidating for some people, but it is an amazing place to exercise! We can work on so many important skills, let gravity help us stretch and work on functional strength and lifting our own body weight! It is a safe place to exercise and will help you feel comfortable getting down and back up from the floor! It's a great place to exercise, play with your dogs, kids, grandkids or to garden!
