Tuning In To the Breath
I start each morning with a period of 10-30 minutes of quiet meditation and breathing. And then the day gets going, and it is as though my internal pacing gets faster and faster. I often look at the speed through which I can move through items on my to do list as a marker of success for how my day is going.
It is essential to take time during your day to step away from the fast lane of life and connect with the breath. Join us in this one hour full body yoga asana practice that invites you to connect back in with your breath. As always, thank you so much for practicing with us.

Trina Mann is a physical therapist who specializes working with people who have Parkinson's in Northern California! She is also a 200hour R-yoga teacher! She teaches a weekly yoga class in her community, and we are fortunate enough to be able to join the class live through zoom or utilize these recordings!

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed during standing exercises and use a chair for getting down on the ground and back up if you need it!
