HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training!

General Plan for these classes: We do a warm up, then 2 rounds of our high intensity and skilled rotations, then a cool down!

Remember, safety first! Modify activities as needed! Use support for anything in standing as needed, use the chair to get up and down from the ground, take your time and skip or modify activities if you need it!

Our high intensity rotations today were:
1. Side to Side Hops x 20
2. Squat + Press Up - Squat + Press Forward x 20
3. Quick Steps in and out til time runs out!

Our skilled rotations today focused on strength:
1. Seated PWR! Flow with weights!
2. Standing Hip Internal and External Rotation
3. All 4s - Side Sit - Cross Legged Sitting and back!
4. Commando Crawling!
5. Supine + Sit Turns

Equipment needed:
-Sturdy Chair
-Yoga Mat!
-Hand Towel
-Light Hand Weights (1-3lbs) or something similar from around the house!
-Water bottle!
-A great attitude
-Hard work ;)
