The online extension to our wellness program for people with Parkinson's. After over 9 years of teaching Parkinson's specific exercise classes, we are excited to to bring these classes online to increase access to the global Parkinson's community.
Our classes are designed based on the latest research principles, our clinical experience, and feedback from the hundreds of individuals with Parkinson's who have participated in our classes.
We have divided up our full length PWR! Moves classes into shorter classes based on positions. We realized that seated and standing might be very popular, for people who want to do both of these positions, but may not want to get down on the ground. So here you go! These classes are usually right around 30 minutes, which is a great workout duration you can fit in just about every day!!
