Welcome to one of two different ‘prehab’ videos in our ortho series.
The goal with this series is to help PREVENT injuries from occurring by strengthening key support muscles. This video will emphasis injury prevention specific for the neck and shoulders.
It will take you through a strengthening class targeting multiple muscles of the shoulders, upper back and neck by working in various planes of motion and positions. This video should not be performed as a prescription for neck or shoulder pain but rather to prevent.

To get started you will need a resistance band, a resistance loop, and mat.
