Our classes are designed based on the latest research principles, our clinical experience, and feedback from the hundreds of individuals with Parkinson's who have participated in our classes.
It is common for individuals with Parkinson's to experience a change in their fine motor dexterity. The effects of Parkinson's including slowness of movement and stiffness, can affect the hands. The good news is that you can do something about it! Exercise for the hands is very effective and can improve handwriting, buttoning and many other activities!
